*30 day HASSLE FREE returns *Any part marked AS IS has no warranty and all sales are final *In the event you receive a part that is defective AES will issue a RMA for the item to be returned to us for a refund. (Customers vehicle information: year, make, model, and VIN will be checked to verify that it was the proper part for their car.) *We DO NOT cover labor cost on any part *No refund on items that have been cut, altered, or modified by the customer’s request. *Your item, unless otherwise stated, will come with a 60 day warranty. *We do not cover wearable items: brake pads, wiper arms, gaskets, seals, accessories on engines, clutches, ball joints, or tie rod ends. *Any item that ships internationally has no warranty and is sold as is. That includes items that ship to the US location and then forwarded to an international location.



*All items will ship through FedEx or USPS * Items purchased must have a physical address to ship to *Fast Free shipping applies to the lower 48 states. Additional charges will apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc. Message us for a quote. *Large/Heave items such as: suspensions, doors, engines, transmissions, frames, differentials, body panels, etc will ship truck freight. *All freight orders will need to have an available phone number associated with them *Free freight items need to ship to a commercial registered business with a fork lift or loading dock on location to unload freight (pole barns are excluded.) Otherwise freight terminal pick up is an option. Freight may take up to 3 business days to process and prepare to ship. *Residential delivery is available for an additional cost as well as liftgate charges. Please message us for a quote. *Inspect your freight in the presence of the driver/terminal personal. If there is damage refuse it. Otherwise no damage claim can be opened and we will not be held responsible. *Rural shipments may be delayed
